Well .. In general, the most prestigious universities and have a better academic reputation of the lime-states, especially when your talking about the University of California. Some employers hire exclusively from UC and other universities in research internships. Cal State - I think a CSU - is a university. It is not as prestigious as the University of California, but still a university.
